[R12-L] Regional Awards Question

To keep things simple Eddie, it is a simple majority vote.  Over the years there have been very ingenious and I am certain, well planned and executed systems. But being a simple country and trying to keep things simple, please just nominate who you feel should be ship, Officer and member of the year, and get it to me by April 28th, midnite.  I do want a write up of why you feel this way on your who you are voting for; as the winners in these categories go up to Fleet level for consideration for the National Awards.

Question: Don't we need to have nominations for the Regional awards so the nominator will do write ups and then we have information to vote on about the ships, officers, and members?
