[Bylaws-l] Conference Call Recording and Notes

Sturgis Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure is a more modern, easier to
understand reference for parliamentary procedure. I recommend it over
Robert's - having used both for years as a parliamentarian.

What is Sturgis and is this a different animal from Roberts Rules of Order?

 
* Do we need to state what our parliamentary authority is?  Suggestion to
use Sturgis Standard Code of Parlimentary Procedure.
