- Proposal to have John Roberts and Reed Bates to take all of the notes and
concerns from the committee, and make it into a cohiesive document for the
committee to review, then to later send on to the attorneys for legality.

Note: at the time this vote was taken, John Halliday and Les Rickard were
absent, thus were noted as Abstain.

Went through Dave's list as posted previously on the list.

Reed had a list of items.

* Section 3.9 - Clean up wording on "General Membership" voting and refer to
the MHB for those processes.

* Section 4.5 - Add a reference to the MHB/RC handbook for specific duties
and note that directors or their Proxies must attend the board meeting.

* Copy and paste Section 3.8 to 4.17, but double-check legality of proxy
voting for the BoD.

* Noted that Section 4.9 probably isn't necessary, but will leave it in and
tweak the wording to better suit our needs (if necessary and applicable).

* Section 4.13 - Add a paragraph that covers reimbursement of other expenses
and refer to the RC handbook for that info.

* Section 4.14 - adjust wording to have chapters vote in the RC election.

* Section 4.11 - Wording needs to be addressed.

* Section 5.5 - reword to remove "authorized by the board of directors"?

* Section 6.2 - Remove the bit about "determined by the board of directors"?
 Refer to MHB for payment of expenses.

* Article 7 - Tweak wording.  Also have to have records ready for inspection
by members.  Add "member" to article section about requesting inspection of
records of the corporation.

* Article 10 - Verify against North Carolina law.

* Article 14 - Look to reword, take out mention of at a meeting and look to
have option of a petition of the members for amendments.  Add something
about having a review periodically as needed or appropriate.

* Do we need to state what our parliamentary authority is?  Suggestion to
use Sturgis Standard Code of Parlimentary Procedure.
