The board size can work even if increased.  We should probably implement 
some mandated response times and maybe even try to do things via 
conference call if there's such an urgent need to get something done. 
Otherwise, I think it's working currently.

One thing to remember is that the AB works with a 100% response at all 
times and in written form or at the ECAB meeting once a year.  Since 
it's 100% before things are decided, then there are times we we just 
have to wait if someone is not available.  But, I do believe we should 
have mandated time lines and if someone doesn't respond by that 
deadline, then the motion goes out without that persons vote.  Obtaining 
100% some times is difficult.

But, we're not talking about adding 50 RCs at one time, we're talking 
about adding 1-2 here and there per year.  I believe that's doable.

I plan to take this up with the AB some time in the near future.
