[Bylaws-l] Question from a member...

I'm not sure if that would make things better or not.  if there is a line
item veto, then the AB would have to vote on each individual on the slate to
determine who would be rejected.  So what's the difference between vote
individual and the line item?  Maybe the AB should vote individually for EC
members.
