If there's no further discussion on this topic by this evening (adding a few
extra hours due to it being a weekend, and I'm sure that people were busy
with Halloween the last day or so) then I'll move this topic forward to a
vote later tonight.

(Please don't vote now, just giving everyone a chance to raise any further
discussion on the matter.)
